This is not an ongoing maintenance contract. It does not include rebuilding the site, updating the CMS or its extensions beyond what is needed to close the hole, and it is not a guarantee that the site will never be compromised again for reasons unrelated to our work.
Three levels, identical in content and different only in priority: Priority (back up the same working day), Standard (within 24 hours), Basic (within 48 hours).
The clock starts when we receive working access, not when you pay. If the credentials you give us don't work we email you, and the count restarts when valid ones arrive. Times are counted in working days, Monday to Friday.
The prices shown on the site — €99, €149, €249 — include Italian VAT at 22% where due. Nothing is added at the payment step: you pay the figure you see.
We issue a proper invoice to the details you give us. If you are buying as a business, enter your VAT number in the form before paying: we verify it in real time against the EU VIES system.
For e-invoicing details write to fix@fabrika06.com. If VIES is unreachable at the moment you buy, we will not apply the reverse charge unverified: email us and we'll sort it out before payment.
Payment is taken on the secure page of Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The contract is concluded at the moment the payment succeeds.
To do the work we need file-level access (cPanel/Plesk or FTP/SFTP) and, if you still have it, CMS administrator access. By providing them you confirm that you own the site or are authorised by the person who does.
We recommend creating a temporary account and revoking it once the job is done. Credentials are stored encrypted and deleted at the end of the job (see the Privacy Policy).
We always take a copy of the files before touching anything, but a compromised site may already contain irreversible damage: keeping your own backups remains your responsibility.
If at the end of the job the site is not clean and working, we refund the full amount. The guarantee applies when:
It does not cover sites that turn out to be technically unrecoverable because no original files or backups exist at all — a situation we tell you about before proceeding, with an immediate refund.
If you buy as a consumer (an individual acting outside their trade or profession), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
This service is urgent by nature and starts immediately. At checkout we therefore ask you to tick a box by which you expressly request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, as provided by art. 16(a) of the Directive.
What that means in practice, said plainly:
To withdraw, an email to fix@fabrika06.com is enough. Refunds go back to the same payment method within 14 days.
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, up to the amount you paid for the job. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profit, loss of data that predates our work, or damage arising from a break-in that happened before you hired us. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights.
Italian law applies. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the EU country where you live still apply and the competent court is the one of your place of residence. In all other cases the court of Vicenza, Italy has jurisdiction.
